Brittany Ferri

Brittany Ferri is a registered and licensed occupational therapist with clinical experience in mental health and orthopedic rehab. She is the founder of Simplicity of Health, LLC where she offers wellness education, health writing, and telehealth for individuals of all ages. Brittany has published several books on occupational therapy, and she has been quoted as a health expert in numerous publications, including NBC News, Creaky Joints, MyFitnessPal, Parade Magazine, and Care.com. In addition to lecturing at over 20 universities across the US, Brittany is an adjunct professor at Nazareth College and is pursuing her PhD from Saybrook University.
