The Air Chair Active provides the ultimate in pressure care and comfort for users at risk. The in-built unique alternating air cell system with semi-automatic operation delivers the best possible pressure care, whilst also providing 8 hours of battery operation, giving you the freedom to move around between charges.
This alternating pressure care system operates in concert with our Air Chair foam system and 4-way stretch surface covering. The Air Chair Active is specifically designed for use in high care environments where patients can be at risk of pressure sores and other pressure management issues. The alternating air cell system, combined with our soft foam system throughout the chair, provides excellent pressure relief.
Four large locking castors and rear push handles and controls mean that the Air Chair Active can be easily pushed, adjusted and locked in place by carers. The sturdy frame makes it extra durable, as does the high-quality four-way stretch upholstery and powder coating on the frame.
