Criticism of purchase - Shower Stool BA392.

The product specifications of the shower stool as stated in the online ad. are wrong. It says it has a comfortable padded seat. It doesn't. The seat is hard plastic. Also the stated dimensions of the product are wrong. The seat is smaller than stated. My wife will continue to use it for showering but it is disappointing that the online information is wrong.
