The Shear Comfort? Regal Overlay, used for pressure ulcer prevention, is a sheepskin overlay designed to relieve pressure, while providing comfort and skin protection to the user. Slightly bigger than our Superior Overlay, the sheepskin overlay can fit on a single bed, or can be used on half of a double bed to help improve your sleep quality. A much better alternative to plastic-based and synthetic wool products, the Regal Overlay is pressure care at its finest
