The pivot sling comes in five sizes and appears to cover much more surface area than the pivot hygiene sling. This sling is designed for a Pivot Hoyer frame, which allows for more movement and positioning options. The sling can be placed on someone lying down or in a sitting position. There is full body and head support for users who have severely restricted trunk control and strength. This sling has both fabric and mesh material available, so this is helpful for users with skin sensitivities who want more options to work with. Note, this is not a hygiene sling and should be used for general transfers (i.e. bed to wheelchair).
